Had a great Xmas holiday at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive, especially Mr H and his team. The hotel location was perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The dishes served were fantastic and the rooms were kept clean to our satisfaction. It felt like being at home and we made wonderful memories celebrating with our children.

There were a couple of issues that dampened our experience. The hot water problem was quite serious, as they relied solely on solar power for heating.

Nice rooms with good balconies and pleasant atmosphere. Staff are friendly though English is limited. Great pool, nice place to relax - though you'd be mad to spend too much time there with the beach down the road! Good location near to all the restaurants etc in the village.

Reception hardly seemed to be manned so sometimes hard to find someone if you needed something.

The views from the hotel are breathtaking and pictures don't do justice. the surroundings were peaceful and not crowded. the staff was friendly and very helpful in assisting us with any inquiries or requests. the food was tasty and varied so we were never bored. the pool area was nice and clean, and the kids loved it.

On top of that, the air conditioning was not working adequately and made it hard for us to sleep at night due to the heat.

Nothing, it was a fight with the owner and manangement from the beginning til the very end.
